Hahahaha, we should have the samuri banners in the game. They are flags attached to the armour which shows which side you are on. On atleast have them durring guild wars.

Yeah, that way you do not accidently attack youe team mate, but maybe it could just say what guild you are in next to your name.

Or better yet:
Guild name(if you have one)
Your charcter's name
So if im getting this right:
On the map of Alagesia each guild will have a piece of it's own land and if the guild would want to have bigger land it would have to participate in guild wars. And what they would claim there it would remain theirs until someone else would claim it.
The only problem i see is that after some time each inch of the land will be the land of some guild and if there was someone without a guild and let's say he would be harmlessly walking doing some quest..And then suddenly some NPC(the hired NPC's the guild would own for defending their territory) would attacked and killed him/her. So bassicaly he/she couldn't move without getting killed.
I quess it wont'd be like that...Right?

No, each guild will have to buy land. it will be costly. I would like to see span jumpstartin ghte guilds with some land. Also, you can walk through guild terratory freely, even with NPC's. It is when you atack that the issue comes. That is also why many guilds will have walls, to keep unwanted guests out.

So..Let's say my character is walking from point A to point B. And somewhere in middle of those two points there is a guild land with walls. And i am not part od that guild/do not have a guild/my guild is not allied with this guild. Does that mean i will have to go around the wall to come to my destination, which is point B?
But wouldn't than there be the same problem of not being able to go anywehre because of the multiple walls all the guilds would have?

lan is going to be costly, walls are going to be costly, there will be places we can not build, and do not forget about the roads that will be in place.

Could it be possible than for a guild to be so LARGE that you wouldn't be able to go from point A to point B without crossing it, and if not part of that guild making it impossible to reach the destination? (sounds far-fetched probably but still)
Or will it be made so that there will be paths to everywhere and guilds won't be able to build on the path..or something like this?

Guilds can't build on the road, so there will always be a clear spot to access Point B.

Nor woul it be much different than coming into a city from the wrong direction and walking to around.

And at a high level you can kill them instead...and a guard will try to run to the city to tell them to enemy you, so the guards will attack on sight, but if you kill that one, you're safe and you get in free.

Attack, and the whole defending force of the guild will be upon you, not very smart. And I am specifically talking when the guild becomes basically, it's own city.

Yeah that wouldn't be very wise. Guards that make you pay to go through sounds like a good idea, but they should be armored and warded from any crazy attackers.

Oh yeah. Definantly both.

Mine will be built in such a manor that you are not going to get near the gate without alerting the guards. I do want to make my guild territory a city.

Guild hall inside the citidel.
Member houses in the city.
Banks, Shops, everything you could ever need, in the city.
