We do not have an answer for the other one. The NPC you robbed would not attack, but guard(s) would come and attack.

Also, Guards would proably not be able to be Stolen from. They would have nothing on them except their lunch.

Also, stands and shops would be fair game. Those would not run out of stuff.

There will be certain NPCs that are too well trained to be pickpoketed, such as guards, Razzac, Riders, as well as normal players(That would be very unfair)

And looting from a dead body isn't a skill that you need to learn, anyone on the street can do that lol

And training could be simple if you don't try to steal from the king's guards, try a wanderer or civilian(Pickpocketing will give you bad points)

I have a question. Say that you rob a dead person in a public area. Would that count for bad points, or would it have no effect on your reputation.

I do not think you can rob a dead person. I think they die, leave their stuff and then pop back up. They will proably only drop a few items.

It drops all of their items for about thirty seconds, and anyone around can grab as much items as they can carry. After that, the items are gone, either returned to the dead person's inventory, or in someone's inventory that managed to steal any items.

Alrighty, but thats not really fair in pvp. It should only be the person that killed them no? And also, off topic but about pvp, will there be multi combat zones?

You can multi-attack someone from anywhere, but it's because you can only attack people of a higher level than you. Also, many people can contribute to one kill, but I agree that the more people there is, the more stuff you're gonna lose, but that's why you should travel in groups.

I bet a lot of solo travel will happen still. Just with nothing on. It will be a pain having to travel in groups.

No doubt solo travel will still happen regularly, just don't bring something you're afraid to lose, because if you meet a group, then they're most likely to attack if you're alone.

And while were on the topic of PvP, I wish that in designated PvP zones like survival in RS that you could attack lower levels. But I suppose that theyll be ruled by hormones and feel compelled to attack the higher levels so it wont matter.

I hate it when people attack lower levels. It takes the fun out of things i mean come on " ha he is level 2 lets kill him even though we are 50 levels higher then him and he can't do a thing." As the saying goes pick on someone your own size.

In a bag I guess. It would be a pain to have to make an overlay for every item that you carry

Oh yeah. All you need is a simple bag button that opens to show your items, no need to place them ll on you. How you going to do food and trinkets like that?
